I like to walk in my neighborhood in the morning after my kids leave for school. Somehow, I’m usually the only one walking without a dog. Apparently, dogs force you to walk, and similarly I’m forcing myself to go for a walk. I keep reading how beneficial walking is for our health, so today, I wish you manage to go for a walk, no matter how short!

I attended AUB in the 1966 from the US. It was so beautiful! I went back to visit a few years ago. So much has changed but it is still beautiful.
