Hello guys! I missed you the past few days. I want to share with you this drawing I did during my participation to Talk of the Town show on MTV. It”s a parody of their TV ad that has been running, that you can watch here.
The show will be aired tonight, Thu 25 November, at 9:15PM Beirut time. You can also check it out . The shooting took 6 painful hours and I”m anxious about the outcome… We”ll see how it goes this evening…

Who said laziness was bad? It’s the attitude that matters! I watched part of the marathon (and its sponsors) yesterday, in support of finding a solution to the causes of drugs and corrupt politicians :-). Other than that, I hope you had a great weekend.

I haven’t been around here in a while, for several reasons, some of which are listed below:
* Salon du Livre *
I will be at the Salon du Livre in BIEL every single day from Oct 28 to Nov 10 (yes, you heard it right!) doing live illustrations after 5PM. Everything will be updated LIVE on this ScribbleLive link.
During this week I’ll also participate to a round table about paper books vs. ebooks at the iloubnan.info booth (Along with Paola Salwan, Tania Hadjithomas Mehanna & Jihad Bitar) on Nov 2 at 7PM.
On the programme is also a signing session of the Lebneneez calendars of which I took part, illustrating February, the month of love.
* TV*
– I got to live the comics “in real life” for a change, instead of drawing them with this lovely report by Shireen Nasrallah onTurkish Channel TRT.
– Notice how terrible our internet connection is. Skype interview & report with Tatiana el Khoury on France24.
* & add to that lots of other projects that I will not bore you with 🙂 *

When I started ‘researching’ the October wallpaper, I realized that there are surprisingly no days off in October! It’s also the ‘back to college’ and ‘back to school’ month. So the best consolation that came to my mind was life’s simplest pleasures: something sweet on the taste buds and sweet on the ears …

And to think… that our Minister of Public Works Ghazi Aridi answered ‘Right’ to the above! *Facepalm* If I were in charge I’d sentence him to a couple of hours of ‘Torture by traffic‘. Because of his decision, it took me 90 minutes to cross a road that would otherwise take 15 minutes. For more info check out Blog Baladi‘s comment on this.
