I’m not ashamed to say it, I just know how to get to Ashrafieh and Down Town Beirut. No clue what happens beyond that. However I challenged my fear of the unknown and stepped into the new territory confidently, and made it back home safely, with an ISBN 🙂 With this, I wish you all a lovely start of the week! 😀

Why don’t you get a one way ticket to the moon and wear ET’s costume and leave?

Quite frankly? I think that it’s a shame that we the Lebanese don’t know Lebanon, especially in the case of somewhere as banal (or key, for that matter) as Beirut itself. This ignorance is one reason for us to potentially not identify ourselves with the other regions in Lebanon. Educate yourself on Beirut, at least, Maya.
