I might have a list of things I *do miss* about full-time jobs, I’ll let you know once I start missing something 😉 Hope you’re all having a lovely Monday, however and wherever you’re spending it. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of Diana Krall (and remembering her amazing concert in Beiteddine last summer)… Here’s one of her beautiful stuff, enjoy! :)

So yes. Here it goes! I recently, and after much thought and hesitation, decided to start a new adventure: working on my own, from my design studio. A risk? Well it’s one that’s definitely worth trying. Since I can’t (yet) show you photos from the studio (or room more precisely), I’ll share with you my basic business card! :) (Note that it’s my 1st personal business card ever. As they say in French: “Les cordonniers sont toujours les plus mal chaussés”).

And now, enough talking for a Monday morning! Enjoy this song, and see you soon with more updates!

The eternal theme of domestic workers…

I was commissioned by The Global Journal (Geneva, NY) to illustrate an article by Ruthie Ackerman on Domestic Workers in Lebanon for their December issue. I finally received my copy in the mail, and I’m sharing the illustrations with you!

What are your thoughts on the above? Miss you, and can’t wait to udpate you on the “new” adventure in the making :-) Have a great weekend!
