hilariously true as usual maya
though the real victims on that day are the house maids. they fulfill a combination of roles on palm sunday: porters, servants, baby sitters, go-getters and clean-up maids. dressed to look inferior, they are 3 times more overworked on that day.
i love that smug look on the faces of those heavily indebted, tarted-up lebanese men and women
it’s a true portrait of this ill-minded society!
