Hope my Mom got over the shock of scrambled mafroukeh, which actually is as delicious as the normal one!  But of course it wouldn’t have worked well enough to be served to -other- people! Still it’s a proof that our opinion of food lies greatly in its design as well as in its taste. It’s not my fault if the shop didn’t specify on its packaging that it should be held horizontally Anyway, with this small lecture I wish you all a lovely week!
